Job Description
  • Develop and implement creative strategies that support brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing, revenue, art, social media and art teams to integrate creative concepts into overall brand strategy.
  • Oversee the production of creative assets, including visual content, copy, videos, and digital materials.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform creative strategies and ensure relevance.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of creative campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative strategy and marketing.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience leading a small team is a plus
  • Proficiency in google workspace tools (google docs, slides, sheet, ect)
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) to measure the impact of creative campaign
  • Strong creative vision and the ability to translate strategic goals into compelling creative concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative ideas.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to problem-solving.
  • Passion for storytelling, design, and innovation.
