Job Description- Develop and implement creative strategies that support brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.

Lead brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and projects.

Collaborate with marketing, revenue, art, social media and art teams to integrate creative concepts into overall brand strategy.

Oversee the production of creative assets, including visual content, copy, videos, and digital materials.

Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform creative strategies and ensure relevance.

Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of creative campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative strategy and marketing.

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns.
- Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Experience leading a small team is a plus
- Proficiency in google workspace tools (google docs, slides, sheet, ect)
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) to measure the impact of creative campaign
- Strong creative vision and the ability to translate strategic goals into compelling creative concepts.
