Job Description- Lead end-to-end product development—from ideation, testing, and prototyping, all the way to launch.
- Develop commercially impactful menus for new and existing brands, with a focus on medium to high-revenue potential.
- Ensure new products are unique, scalable, and easy to produce across all outlet types.
- Design clear innovation timelines and lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Ops, and Supply Chain.
- Monitor product COGS to meet profitability targets and support pricing strategies.
- Ensure every new product complies with safety and Halal certification before launch.
- Conduct risk assessments on equipment and tools used across outlets.
- Keep detailed documentation of every R&D process—because good ideas deserve great records.
- Proactively identify culinary trends and convert them into commercially viable innovation pipelines.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Culinary, Food Science, or a related field.
- 4–7 years leading R&D teams in Food Service, Flavor, or F&B companies.
- Strong culinary innovation and F&B product development expertise.
- Familiar with R&D cost control, COGS optimization, and food production feasibility.
- Working knowledge of Halal certification processes and food safety compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams and levels.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving with a solution-oriented mindset.
- High collaboration and team-oriented spirit.
- Project management proficiency, from planning to execution and review.
