Job Description- Develop and refine new products for new brands and existing brands targeting medium to high
revenue, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to prototyping,
implementation, and determining competitive pricing for new brands.
- Create effective and efficient work timelines for Innovation projects.
- Identify and propose the value of new products, ensuring they contribute commercially to
Hangry's growth.
- Ensure all new products are marketable, unique, and easy to produce within Outlet processes.
- Design risk assessments for equipment used at the Outlet level, particularly for high-risk items.
- Monitor and ensure that the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for new products aligns with business
targets.
- Document all processes thoroughly to maintain comprehensive records.
- Ensure all new menus/products to be presented are halal certified (halal certification must be
obtained before the sales process begins).
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Culinary, or related field.
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience leading Research and Development teams in the Food & Beverage/FMCG category.
