Manage ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-up actions are taken.
Maintain project integrity through various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, drafting minutes of meetings (MoM), creating Google Forms, summarizing raw data, and crafting presentations.
Assist in building and nurturing professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders crucial to our projects.
Conduct basic market research to gather insights and support decision-making processes.
Cover follow-up calls and meetings in the absence of team leads, ensuring continuity and seamless progress.
Qualifications
Final yeat or bachelor’s degree in any major, with a keen interest in project management and innovation.
Minimum of 1-2 internships in the F&B industry or startup environment.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, is a prerequisite.
Possess strong logical and structured thinking skills to approach tasks systematically.
