Job Description
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Contributes toward store profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales, manage inventory, and cost of goods control & labor cost.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff members, including scheduling shifts and providing performance feedback.
  • Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service. Ensures the quality, standards and meets the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, budgeting, and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Senior High School or Vocational School.
  • 2-4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety regulations and inventory management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
