Job Description- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
- Contributes toward store profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales, manage inventory, and cost of goods control & labor cost.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members, including scheduling shifts and providing performance feedback.
- Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.
Ensures the quality, standards and meets the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, budgeting, and reporting.
Qualifications- Senior High School or Vocational School.
- 2-4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety regulations and inventory management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
