Assist in the analysis of Operational Business Processes and Workflows to identify
automation and efficiency potential.

Assist in measuring operational metrics, data collection, and root cause analysis

Build, and maintain operational metrics dashboards for stakeholders

Performing analysis, and enhancing dashboard related to generate better insight for
stakeholders

Build, and maintain simple excel/spreadsheet tools to help improve operational
efficiencies.

Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information System, Management, or related field

0-1 years of experience in a relevant field (Process Improvement / Excellence, Continuous improvement)

Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Office features (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Whimsical, Draw.io) is a plus.

Experience with BigQuery and Spreadsheet integration is a plus
