Job Description
  • Develop workforce planning strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.
  • Conduct regular meetings with department leaders to ensure HR initiatives support organizational priorities.
  • Analyze industry and labor market trends to inform agile recruitment strategies.
  • Lead cultural change initiatives that enhance organizational transformation and adaptability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and anticipate their HR needs.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts between stakeholders to preserve productive working relationships.
  • Align stakeholders on HR policies and programs through negotiation and influence.
  • Design communication and feedback loops to integrate employee and stakeholder insights into HR planning.
  • Identify and nurture high-potential talent within the HRBP and TA teams for future leadership roles.
  • Facilitate team assessments (e.g., DISC, StrengthsFinder) to improve team dynamics and individual growth.
  • Organize team-building activities to promote collaboration and alignment.
  • Serve as a mentor and coach to the team, supporting career development and performance growth.
  • Utilize data and analytics to guide HR strategies, including talent forecasting and skills gap identification.
  • Develop data-informed approaches for attracting, retaining, and developing talent.
  • Create and maintain a performance dashboard to track HRBP and TA metrics and inform decision-making.
  • Manage cross-functional HR projects such as career path design and performance appraisal system revamps.
  • Allocate project resources effectively to ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the organization.
  • Address and mediate employee conflicts, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Develop formal conflict resolution mechanisms, including mediation and grievance procedures.
  • Establish safe and trusted channels for employees to raise concerns or seek support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from business-related major
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience as an HRBP, with exposure to Talent Acquisition
  • Proficient in Excel, Proficient in Data Analytics, High EQ (people skills, empathy, humility)
