Support the execution of employer branding initiatives across digital platforms and offline activations.
Manage and create content for Hangry’s employer branding channels.
Assist in monitoring and analyzing social media performance and engagement metrics
Support offline branding initiatives by helping organize and execute employer branding activations such as campus visits, career fairs, and partnership events.
Conduct research on trends, competitor activities, and new collaboration opportunities to strengthen Hangry’s employer brand presence.
Qualifications
Final year student or recent graduate in Communication, Marketing, or any related field.
Has a strong interest in employer branding, digital content, and talent marketing.
Strong basic design and editing skills using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar platforms.
Familiar with social media platforms (especially Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn), and eager to learn more about analytics and strategy.
Possesses good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a creativity.
