Job Description- Manage in total 10-12 outlets at the same time.
- Manage all Outlet's F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Preserve each 10 outlet excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Lead 10-12 Outlets Team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures.
- Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
Qualifications- Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Area Manager specializing in F&B/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Proven food and beverage management experience.
- Communication Skill, Time Management Skill, Teamwork Skill.
