Install and configure IT devices (hardware, software, CCTV, LAN, Mikrotik).


Manage and optimize networks, and handle network issues.


Respond to and resolve IT troubleshooting tickets.


Assist with procurement and inventory of IT devices.


Provide IT support for offline events.


Create system documentation and routine reports.

Job Description

D3/S1 in a system informatic or anything related

Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experience in IT Support.

Knowledge of hardware, networking (Mikrotik, LAN), and CCTV systems.


Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


Preferred (but not required): Network certifications (CompTIA, CCNA, Mikrotik).
