Job Description
- Plan and manage the supply distribution of dry items to ensure product availability across all outlets.
- Coordinate closely with Warehouse Logistics, Central Kitchen, and Outlet teams to ensure smooth supply operations.
- Monitor stock levels and adjust supply plans based on outlet demand and operational needs.
- Facilitate outlet-to-outlet stock transfers when necessary to optimize inventory utilization.
- Support outlets in managing bulk orders and ensuring timely product allocation.
- Regularly review supply plans against warehouse capacity and storage constraints.
- Track and analyze supply performance to identify gaps and propose improvements.
- Maintain accurate supply planning data and reports using Excel. Proactively identify potential supply issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in planning processes and supply efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship or 1–2 years of experience in supply planning, logistics, or operations is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with multiple teams.
- Good time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team setting.
