Plan and manage the supply distribution of dry items to ensure product availability across all outlets.
Coordinate closely with Warehouse Logistics, Central Kitchen, and Outlet teams to ensure smooth supply operations.
Monitor stock levels and adjust supply plans based on outlet demand and operational needs.
Facilitate outlet-to-outlet stock transfers when necessary to optimize inventory utilization.
Support outlets in managing bulk orders and ensuring timely product allocation.
Regularly review supply plans against warehouse capacity and storage constraints.
Track and analyze supply performance to identify gaps and propose improvements.
Maintain accurate supply planning data and reports using Excel.
Proactively identify potential supply issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them.
Contribute to continuous improvements in planning processes and supply efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship or 1–2 years of experience in supply planning, logistics, or operations is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and coordination skills to work with multiple teams.
Good time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team setting.
